5 Recipes For How To Prepare Matcha

Lucky for us, our Matcha Superfood Blend is as versatile as you'd like it to be!

Here are a few healthy matcha recipes to prepare your matcha.

Matcha Latte

  1. Pour one packet of our Matcha Superfood Blend into a mug or thermos.
  2. Bring 8 oz of water to a boil
  3. Add the water to your mug with the matcha
  4. Whisk or use an electric frother until you achieve a nice foamy look
  5. Add milk of your choice - we like unsweetened almond milk for a low calorie matcha latte
  6. Enjoy!

Iced Matcha

  1. Pour one packet of our Matcha Superfood Blend into a glass or mason jar
  2. Add 8 oz of water
  3. Whisk or use a matcha whisk until you achieve a nice foamy look
  4. Add ice milk of your choice - we like oat milk best
  5. Enjoy!

Matcha With Water 

  1. Pour one pack of Matcha Superfood Blend into a water bottle, or anything you take on the go for a great matcha energy drink
  2. Add 10-12 oz of cold water
  3. Shake vigorously
  4. Enjoy!

Matcha Pudding 

  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and one packet of Matcha Superfood Blend into a glass or mason jar.
  2. Add honey or real maple syrup to sweeten (optional!)
  3. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
  4. Enjoy in the morning!

Matcha Smoothie

In a blender, add:

  1. A handful of spinach
  2. 1/4 cup of Almond or Oat Milk
  3. 1 cup of water
  4. 1 banana (we like to use a frozen one!)
  5. 1 packet of Matcha Superfood Blend
  6. Top off with your favorite protein powder
  7. Blend and enjoy!
