The Tread Lightly - 25 Minute Run

SO, you hit snooze a few times this AM.  Now you have less than 30 minutes for a workout in that less than ideal gym in the basement of your apartment building. It is A-OKAY. We’ll be sharing quick but effective workouts that can get you just the sweat you need to jump start your morning. Try this one on for size!

The Tread Lightly - 25 Minute Run Workout

  1. minute 1: 6.0-7.0 speed
  2. minute 2: 7.0-8.0 speed
  3. minute 3: 8.0-9.0 speed
  4. minute 4: 9.0-10.0 speed (repeat the above, 5 times through)
  5. minute 21: 10.0+ sprint
  6. minute 22: recovery jog (4.0-6.0)
  7. minute 23: 10.0+ sprint
  8. minute 24: recovery jog (4.0-6.0)
  9. minute 25: walk
