Where our night owls at?
Some of us here at Aila are most productive in the evening hours, which can lead to that dreaded mid-day slump the next day. To start the morning off right, try this daily greens matcha smoothie recipe we whipped up made with Aila's Matcha Energy pre-workout powder to help get your mind (and body!) right.
In a blender, add:
A handful of spinach
1/4 cup of Almond or Oat Milk
1 cup of water
1 banana (we like to use a frozen one!)
1 packet of Aila Matcha Energy
Top off with your favorite protein powder. Blend & enjoy!
