How To Make A Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowls

Explained. We're all guilty of loading up on fruit, but how do we keep from turning our nutritious snacks into sugar bombs? 😱

One rule of thumb: stick to about one cup of fruit in total. this will give you just the right amount of nutrients avoiding a big hit of carbs, which can affect your blood sugar levels.

But is fresh fruit better than frozen? not necessarily! studies show that fresh fruits picked at ripeness and immediately frozen retain all their nutrients (shoutout to Daily Harvest for this tip!)
